In very good plus general condition. 45-70 caliber. Very good metal bearing an attractive and smooth brown age patina throughout. Very good markings. Original magazine. Stamped 2D. SEP. N.D. on right side of the stock (see photos). Very good plus stock with some handling marks. Excellent action and good bore with good rifling. A scarce and desirable US Navy rifle!
