807 – SUPERB JAPANESE CIRCA 1400 BISHU-JU MOROMITSU ARMOR PIERCING TANTO DAGGER:
In excellent original condition. 100% authentic. The nice and fine fittings are 19th Century vintage. 13 ¾ inch overall length with the scabbard on and 13 ¼ inch long without the scabbard. The blade is 9 1/8 inch long to the grip; 10mm thick and 20mm wide. The blade is excellent with a beautiful wavy temper line. Fine maker markings on tang (see photos). An impressive early Japanese dagger! Free shipping.
