In excellent original condition. 39 ½ inch overall length. Excellent brass hilt retaining most of its original gilt finish. Excellent original grip retaining all of its original wrapping and wiring. Excellent 34 inch blade with an outstanding etched décor on both sides. Excellent McLilley & Co COLUMBUS, OH markings on ricasso. No nicks, dings… on the cutting edge. In its excellent original brass mounted steel scabbard retaining all of its original nickel finish. Missing the throat mount screw. A very nice US Model 1872 saber! Free shipping.
