In fine original condition. 100% authentic. 38 ¼ inch overall length. Fine silver hilt displaying a nice RF marked brass plate. Nice engraved décor on pommel. Fine original checkered grip. Excellent 30 ¾ inch blade with no nicks, dings, etc. on the cutting edge. Excellent spine markings. July 1913 dated. Blade and hilt are perfectly tight together. In its fine original silver-mounted scabbard showing an old leather repair on both sides. All solid stitching. An exceptional early 20th century French sword! Free shipping.
